January 7, 2025

Anycubic just unveiled its latest innovation, the Kobra S1 Combo. As the newest addition to the acclaimed Kobra series, this printer combines advanced technology with user-friendly design, offering exceptional performance for both professionals and hobbyists.

Boasting high-speed multicolor printing, eco-friendly features, and a sleek design, the Kobra S1 Combo sets a new benchmark for multicolor desktop 3D printers.

Redefining 3D Printing with Innovation

At the core of the Kobra S1 Combo is a fully enclosed CoreXY construction, providing a stable and precise printing environment with a generous build volume of 250 x 250 x 250 mm. It offers speeds of up to 600mm/s, allowing creators to complete complex projects in record time—such as a standard Benchy in just 13 minutes—without sacrificing quality.

The printer is equipped with Anycubic’s Colour Engine Pro (ACE Pro), enabling vibrant 8-color printing with seamless integration. This system includes active drying technology that keeps filaments in optimal condition for up to 24 hours, enhancing reliability and print quality. The RFID recognition feature automatically adjusts settings for Anycubic filaments, further simplifying the printing process.

Advanced Features for a Superior Experience

Designed with both functionality and convenience in mind, the Kobra S1 Combo includes:

  • • Automatic leveling: Eliminates the need for manual Z-axis adjustments.
  • • AI detection: Identifies potential issues like filament tangles, clogs, or “spaghetti” errors, minimizing disruptions.
  • • Quiet operation: Noise levels as low as 44dB in Quiet Mode create a more comfortable workspace.
  • • Versatile compatibility: The printer works seamlessly with popular filaments, including PLA, PETG, TPU, ABS, and ASA.

Additionally, its easy-to-disassemble hotend operates at temperatures up to 320°C, allowing users to experiment with various materials and nozzle sizes.

Enhanced Usability and Connectivity

The Kobra S1 Combo is built for modern workflows, featuring a 4.3-inch capacitive touchscreen and intuitive controls via Anycubic’s app. Whether printing remotely, slicing with Anycubic Slicer Next, or using third-party software, the printer offers seamless integration into any creative process.

Other key functionalities include power failure recovery, filament shortage detection, and video monitoring with time-lapse photography capabilities. These features ensure a smooth and efficient printing experience from start to finish.

Pricing and Availability

The Kobra S1 Combo was launched last Thursday on January 2nd, 2025. You can now benefit from some amazing discounts available for the early birds:
