The 2022 Makino A51NX-329 CNC Horizontal Machining Center is a powerhouse in precision manufacturing, designed to deliver unmatched efficiency and performance for complex machining tasks. Featuring 5-axis capability and a dual-pallet system, this machine is ideal for industries such as aerospace, automotive, and precision engineering.

At the heart of the system is the Makino Professional 6 CNC Control, supporting a high-speed 14,000 RPM HSK-A63 spindle with robust power output: 50 HP duty-rated and 30 HP continuous. The machine also features a 133-tool automatic tool changer, enabling rapid tool changes for complex operations, and a PQI Renishaw Probe System for precise measurements and quality control.

Additional highlights include a Vision BTS camera system for monitoring the ATC magazine, an I/O interface for measurement and probing, and air-conditioned guarding for the cell controller.
