Key Features and Technology

The Conductive Silver Ink, identified as DW100-24, is a waterborne, low VOC, electrically conductive ink that can be applied through direct write 3D printing using nano3Dprint’s multi-material 3D printers. This ink can either air-dry at room temperature or be heat-cured at temperatures ranging from 100°C to 175°C to achieve maximum conductivity. DW100-24 adheres to a variety of surfaces including Kapton, Mylar, glass, PLA, and ABS, and is highly resistant to flexing and creasing, making it more durable than conventional conductive materials.

The silver ink formulations boast exceptional electrical conductivity, which is crucial for applications such as flexible circuits and sensors. The precision printing capabilities of nano3Dprint’s technology allow for the accurate deposition of these inks, enabling engineers and designers to create intricate patterns with ease. Additionally, the versatility of DW100-24 ensures uniform adhesion across both rigid and flexible substrates, facilitating seamless integration into a variety of electronic devices.

Applications and Environmental Impact

nano3Dprint’s Conductive Silver Ink Products are ideal for fabricating printed circuit boards (PCBs), antennas, and touch sensors. They also support the development of wearable technology by allowing designers to incorporate conductive traces directly onto flexible substrates and fabrics, paving the way for new innovations in wearable devices. These inks are well-suited for creating smart sensors, RFID tags, and other IoT components, as well as for embedded electronics in medical devices, such as next-generation orthopedics and sensor-integrated equipment.

Environmental sustainability is also a priority for nano3Dprint. The production process minimizes waste, and the inks themselves are environmentally friendly, aligning with the company’s commitment to responsible manufacturing.

Expanding the Possibilities of Printed Electronics

nano3Dprint’s Conductive Silver Ink Products are now available for purchase, offering engineers and designers the tools they need to create the next generation of electronic devices. For more information or to place an order, visit www.nano3dprint.com or contact the nano3Dprint sales team.

By integrating advanced materials like the DW100-24 ink into their multi-material 3D printers, nano3Dprint is setting new standards in the printed electronics industry, driving innovation across various sectors including wearables, IoT, and medical devices.
